A good hotel to stay in and above expectation. Spacious rooms with complete amenities and The shower and toilet is spacious. Great quality breakfast with many choice and the restaurant offers variety of local and continental food.One of the best hotels in the harbour bay complex and Nagoya area.The location itself is quite unique like they have their own tiny town inside.It’s not hard finding convenient stores and restaurants. Service by the hotel staff members were great and quite helpful too. Best part was, when I enquired about the necklaces and bracelets I left there, the staff got back and communicated with me about it. They kept it for me till my return!

Booked this place as it was near to ferry terminal and also my other favourites hotels are fully booked. Was able to do early check-in if the room are available. Please be advised that the hotel will collect 100k idr as deposit. Even if you have fully paid for the room. The room is small and on the ground floor if you booked standard room. But just nice and comfortable for me as i was travelling alone. Worth the price paid and no hassle from the staff.

The staff very very friendly smile all day.. 5star service. But only so sad cz the toilet room bad smell and bedsheets got stain. Dirty. The breakfast all dry and salty but the waitress and chef very nice good attitude smiling. I love the staff all there but room clean and food taste need to imprv. And also very near to all convinuenve store and seafood eatery and salon even lounge. Just walk 100m from hotel
