We've stayed at this location multiple times in the off season. Staff is always friendly and rooms are clean. The king room is spacious. We also really enjoy eating at the Cafe for breakfast.

Excellent! Clean rooms, Really great housekeeping staff, they're so pleasant! Delicious food at the Café. We had a great waiter, Nelson; who made the best Tequila Sunrise! Wasn't too far from downtown happenings...great location. Price was a winner! Felt like a solid hotel, great area! No surprises. Would stay again!

My family and I recently stayed here from August 12th-16th and overall our stay was okay. The lobby was nice and pretty clean. As soon as we entered the elevator and stepped onto the 4th floor I started to notice the lack of cleaning. Scuffs on the walla, handprints and smears in the elevator etc.. Our room didn't get much better. The beds were clean and the room was 'mostly' clean. This place has potential but housekeeping is definitely lacking. There were scuff marks all over our room, dirt and splatters all over baseboards and behind the garbage can area. There was also a lot of dirt and hair in the bathroom on doors, baseboards and corners on the floors. There were also old coffee spills around the microwave area. I let the front desk know immediately and the woman was very apologetic and said she would send housekeeping up to fix it. While they did vacuum the floor again all the splatters, bathrooms and baseboards were still dirty. I'm not sure if we would stay again. We gave it a try but the lack of housekeeping really made our stay difficult and a bit uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, I booked a last-minute trip to the beach and was just hoping for the best. The room was 'clean', but smelled of mildew along with the towels and sheets. The was dust caked on most surfaces in the bathroom. All 3 days, the hallways smelled like weed. At night, people were playing music with the volume/bass up and arguing loudly in the halls/balconies. I would not describe the hotel as toddler/ family friendly. I was a bit confused to leave for the beach at 9a.m., see housekeeping 2 doors down, only to have them knock the door at 4 p.m. the minute we returned from the beach. Because of this we had to request new towels separately and had to turn down the room cleaning while everyone got ready. Nowhere really to hang towels or anything else. The rooms are not tiny at least. Some of these issues are not the hotel's fault, but I wouldn't stay again, nor would I recommend it to other families with small children.
