Room was spacious and the balcony was great for our dog to be able to get some fresh air. We also attended breakfast with Santa which was cute and super convenient to be able to wake up and just walk downstairs! Staff was also super accommodating and even offer to make me a fresh pot of coffee in the middle of the day when I happened to be down in the lobby.

What a wonderful hotel! The room was amazing, spacious, and clean. Pet-friendliness was a real plus too and allowed us to bring our furry friend along with us. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the chance. Note that I stayed here in the winter, not a busy season for OC like the summer.

This has become an annual tradition for the New Year. The location is perfect, with a bay view, free breakfast, free parking, kitchen with full size refrigerator, and microwave. Two TV's, and the wonderful staff make me a repeat customer. I even came back to my room to find a bottle of champagne and other goodies to celebrate on NYE.

Would recommend. Only thing I would say wasn’t that great was the “restaurant “. Closes early and no servers except the one bar tender. Extremely slow service because the bar tender gets swamped. We went twice and each time was like that. No menus either. Better off going outside to eat. Breakfast was the same thing four times in a row lol. Otherwise the staff was extremely nice and the place was clean. Love the views and that they are dog friendly. The pier was closed which was sad cause we wanted to fish within walking distance but we had to drive to get to fishing areas. The pool area was not that clean and the drinking water was empty days in a row. With those minor “ issues “, it wasn’t-a bad stay overall.

The hotel was ok. Great location! The room had a fridge, stove top silverware, cups, glasses, a toaster, dishes, and a dishwasher. The rollout sofa bed was good, but make sure you call down to the front desk for pillows before bedtime. Most of the staff was terrific and accommodating, but the woman who checked us in Emily was rude. She seemed like she didn't want to be there and couldn't wait to give us our keys. When we called down to the front desk for pillows and extra towels, she came up after a long wait and rolled her eyes at us when giving them to us. Breakfast was OK. Keith, the manager, Carley, and Becka were very friendly and were very accommodating. The man at breakfast was very nice too!! The pool had great views too!! Pool could use a cleaning for sure.
