Black Pearl Luxury Apartments

We stayed here quite a few weeks ago now. I've held off leaving a review as I was hoping to hear back in regards to obtaining some kind of money back (we were offered to stay later on departure day but there was a booked coach to catch so explained this and declined.) I haven't blatantly asked for any return of money as I feel this is their decision to make reflecting in customer care (or clearly a lack of) We arrived for 3pm (check in time). We were stood outside without knowing the code to enter despite many messages to them. We were told they will send once ready. We eventually entered. We were a group of women (40s-50s in age range) - best of friends that get together every year for a girlie weekend. We had no hot water whatsoever for the first evening and following day (eventually sorted late in the afternoon). Seeing as we only get together for a short weekend once a year we decided to brave it and have a cold shower each so we could go out and explore. It was horrific. It was literally freezing cold water - I came out in hives! The apartment was dirty - pubic hair in the en suite for eg. We asked for it to be cleaned - promised it would be. However, that pube was still there when we checked out despite them telling us it had been cleaned whilst we were out. Walls were damaged and stained with suspicious splashes! There was a sock from a previous person in my bed. I received many messages warning that any damage would come from the deposit I had paid so I took pictures and sent them over as soon as we arrived to make them aware the damage and filth were not from us. 4am on our final day we were woken up by a fight outside - I would never take my family to stay here. Unfortunately we would never stay here again nor would we recommend. To be without hot water for an entire evening and the majority of the following day is unacceptable. It is also unacceptable to only offer an extra hour stay for the inconvenience. We were cold and felt extremely unsafe (especially as the building next door looked like the local crack den). I would definitely not recommend nor would I believe previous reviews where they're highly praised.
