An absolutely amazing hotel with a great relaxed atmosphere and amazing staff. The attention to detail is fantastic (even to the little guests) and they do go above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great stay. Great value for money and I think it’s one of the only hotels where you don’t feel that you need to ‘help them save anything’ and you can actually enjoy your holiday. The hotel is very clean(spotless!). We had an amazing stay and our only regret is we haven’t stayed longer. We will definitely return. We travel a lot and not easily impressed but this hotel has exceeded our expectations. For my husband’s birthday they have organised a cake and candles at the restaurant which made his day. A very big thank you to the owners/managers and all staff for their efforts.

Absolutely loved this place. Stayed one night due to a delay in our travel plans, and wished we stayed longer. Our room was very big, clean and well equipped. All the items in the minibar were complimentary, and we actually had 2 balconies, from which we could see Matterhorn as well as the other side of town. The breakfast was awesome, and so was the tea break. The restaurant in the hotel served up very good food, and we were even greeted by one of the family members of the family owning the hotel, who took the time to speak to us and share some local tips. If I were to return to Zermatt, this would be my hotel of choice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff is very friendly and competent and provided a very pleasurable experience all the way from the owner who checked in with us several times to the excellent bartender Ali and our server Evans. This is a great property.

Great family run hotel, clean rooms with plenty of toiletries, fluffy soft white towels & bath robes which is a must for us in every hotel we stay in! Central location, a great included breakfast spread, complimentary shuttle to & from hotel to the train station & happy hour were a great plus for us. Desserts & pastries were delicious. Some additional vegetarian/vegan options in their restaurant would have been helpful. Wellness area was nice but not catered for folks who are naked shy!
