We only stopped in for a night but more than we could’ve needed. Front desk was friendly, rooms were nice and proximity for an early morning flight out of Newark is great. We decided to eat at the hotel last night. If Curtis is cooking, I recommend you do the same. He’s super kind and the food was phenomenal. Also, the manager was very receptive to feedback on a different small issue and honestly provided better service than we have received in awhile that I’d imagine she’d be awesome if anything larger came up. Great stay and great people (thank you front desk and Curtis!)

Canopy by Hilton is a great place to stay close to NJ Exchange Place if you plan to visit NYC using the public transport system. Although they don't have parking space, you can park your car right across the street at the Morgan at Provost Square. The price is about $30 per night. Also, you need to walk about 12 mins to reach the Path station. The room price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The rooms were great coupled with modern amenities. The service was also great. We had an issue with the heating system, they sent a space heater right away. Although they do not have any studio style room where you may have your kitchen with a microwave. In fact, they don't provide any microwave at all. So, if you just plan to eat outside, this is the place you are looking for. By the way, they have a great bar/restaurant inside that you must try.

Lovely hotel, in a great location near the underground train and metro and nice restaurants only 10min walk from the hotel. The room was spacious and modern with a very comfortable beds. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Overall great experience, highly recommended

The Queen deluxe room is very spacious. The front office is very friendly. Love the ambience. This hotel his very near to many shops, restaurants and train station. They are able to accommodate early check in or late check in often(provided the room is available). On of my trips they even provided a table fan on my request. Really need to mention about the quality of the bath accessories. All their products are high qualify and if you like them you can buy it at the front office.

We had such a great stay here! Booked through Hotwire and got a great room. Staff was kind and allowed us to leave our bags with them before our check in time because we were early, rooms were pretty and clean, great location - close to Grove St station for the PATH train into the city. Just wish the walls were a bit thicker and that the bathroom had a fan, but otherwise, it was great!
