We were upgraded to a Junior Corner Suite. Very nice. Beds are great. I slept better than I do at home. There is a great park across three on the Hudson. We have a fabulous view of the river and Manhattan. Staff are very nice. Pretty busy place.

Hotel stay, customer service, and accommodations were horrible. I will never recommend this hotel. Totally disorganized. Wedding was Dec 9, 2023. Had to book a reserved room by Nov 8. I booked it Nov 4. Check in 3pm. Room not ready. Was told to get ready in the lobby bathroom and/or gym locker room. Shuttle to Hudson House left 5pm. Received a call while on shuttle bus on the way to wedding venue that my room was ready. After wedding I had to go to front desk to get my key. This was after 12 midnight. Check out was 12noon. The reason for the room was to get ready BEFORE the wedding. The reason you reserve rooms and book in advance is so that THE ROOM IS READY. It was not! This happened to at least 6 other people, attending the same wedding. Arrive to room between 12:15-12:30am, Tissue box had 3 tissues in it. Next morning, I call front desk to provide tissue box and garbage bag. Neither item arrived. Again, horrible service. All they offered was $50 off the room. Original reserved room $243.75. New bill $193.75. For all the trouble, headache, stress, disorganization, and unhelpful alternatives…. And all the money Westin makes, a disgrace. Highly dissatisfied. Paying customers deserve better.

I only gave a 4 star review because the bed/pillows weren’t comfy at all. Otherwise everything else was 5 star. The room service was great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was amazing and the pool/jacuzzi was perfect. The location is convenient to New York. My family enjoyed our stay there very much. We were upgraded to a suite that was very comfy minus the bed/pillows/pull out bed.

Excellent location right close to a lot of corporate offices in the Jersey City area. They have a restaurant at the lobby that has decent options for breakfast. The facility has nice views, spacious rooms and top notch supplies to make it a great experience for you during your stay. There is a fitness center and Pool at the fifth floor and the Orange Theory fitness studio is a 1 min walk.
