I booked a room at Casa Culhuac by chance, and so very happy I did! I missed my flight and had to stay the night in Mexico City. Casa Culhuac's rate was the lowest/night and they even offered a free airport shuttle & breakfast- you can't beat that. My room was spacious and clean. Wifi signal was strong. The whole house was immaculate, well organized, and had beautiful works of Art. The host, Jaime, was very hospitable, polite, and very helpful. He makes wonderful breakfast and good strong coffee. Although Casa Culhuac offers a free Airport shuttle, for the low nightly rate I was paying and last-minute booking, I did not expect to be shuttled to the airport. Jaime however insisted and gave me a ride. Wonderful place with great customer service......Thank you!

I speak from what happened to me. I booked a room this weekend, I paid it to the person at the time I reserved it because he told me that he couldn't reserve me if I didn't pay and I told the person who answers the WhatsApp that I was only going to arrive sleep because I had a competition near the Culhuac house, he told me that it is a smart house and that I should notify him as soon as I arrived so that he could open the door for me. On the day I was supposed to check in, I told the person at 5 p.m. "I'm not done yet, as soon as I go there I'll let you know." I received no response. My event ends and at 8 at night and I send him a message and tell him I'm 20 minutes away from the place and he tells me I have to relocate you because I had a problem in a room. He sent me to his house, I think, much further away and when I saw the room it was a room not suitable for anyone to sleep in, especially for the price I paid, I was from another city and with dogs that's why I booked there, I asked for my refund and at 10 at night I had to return to my city because no one was going to welcome me with my dogs. He returned my money, but his attention was terrible, at 5 in the afternoon he was able to tell me I had this problem and I will cancel your reservation because he argued that the problem happened at 2 in the afternoon. very bad attention. His response was "a thousand apologies." That's not how things are done, that's not the attention that someone who already paid you for a service deserves.
