The room is really small, this is expected since it is an express hotel. They didn't offer a hand towel or a carpet for the shower, but the room was clean. There weren't enough personnel to attend, and the lady at the front desk was really rude. The location was not very bad since there are two restaurants in the ground floor, quite expensive however. It is a good place to stay but for a short time.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walking from Santa Fe's main mall. Small but clean rooms with just the basic stuff: towels, shampoo, soap. No coffee maker, no mini fridge, everything else must be bought at their lobby. As good as expected

Since check-in I'm facing so many problems: 1. No one in the hotel speaks English. I can let that go. 2. They ask me to prepay which isn't standard business practice 3. The bathroom leaks the water during the shower and the whole bathroom and part of the bedroom is wet. 4. No one is picking up at the reception. I'm an easy customer normally and I would have forgiven everything but the bathroom issue is too much

OML, I LOVE IT, AMAZING LOCATION, near a lot of restaurants, all in walking distance, malls are near it, yet it's not load, the main lobby is like 3 floors up then u need your key to get to your floor that's above the lobby, there rooms are perfect, not under fancy and not to fancy, you'll be comfortable, amazing if u have no clue how to speak Spanish/Mexican the workers now enough to help u with whatever u need. Over all I love it,.
