As a professional hospitality consultant, this was my 2nd NH disappointed in Mexico. Non-existence courtesy from the staff. Zero customer service BESIDES from ONE male waiter working evenings at the restaurant. He was GOOD. He offered us a good service overall. Breakfast was OK. Was not wowed. Rooms were outdated, falling to pieces. Would NOT return.

NH collection hotel is located at a decent place, a few minutes walk from the Santa Fe mall. I haven't stayed elsewhere in Mexico city to compare, but I don't believe the Hotel would be an ideal place for foreigners. Most of the staff only understood Spanish. Most of buffet food items were unlabelled with unclear ingredients. For vegetarians there was practically nothing on the menu. Infrastructure and even cutlery showed signs of wear. TV in the room was defective with display issues. The staff did keep the rooms clean and gym was well equipped. Overall not competitive to international standard hotels.

Truly great hotel. Great value for the price. The included breakfast is quite good. The service is very good and people are kind and friendly. It's not like the best service and overall quality ever, but it's top of the line for the price paid market segment.

Very poor service. Unfriendly front staff, app wasn't loading the first 2 nights I was there so I went down to eat at the restaurant but no one came to the reception for 15 minutes so I ended up eating at the Starbucks across the street. On my 3rd night I finally was able to order room service but the food was terrible. The room I was in had gaps in the floor board too. The only positive here is that it is in a safe area and walking distance to a huge shopping mall.
