While it offers a great location, water pressure severely dropped during my stay and there was little to no support offered by the staff. Also - invoicing has taken them 1+ weeks which has turned really annoying.

I believe the wrong Bonvoy number was keyed into my reservation so it’s not showing up on my bonvoy Account. I’ve been emailing/calling for a month now trying to get a copy of my receipt from July, but no one has answered the phone or responded to my email. Marriott/AC Santa Fe, if you’re seeing this.. please help!

Amado at the entrance was extraordinary, Miguel Angel our waiter at breakfast buffet was super awesome too. We checked in at 2pm and our room wasn't ready until 530pm, we called for towels because we didn't have enough and they showed til next day. We called 3 times the night we arrived around 7pm. Location is too far for attractions. Amado and Miguel Angel made this hotel worth the stay and made it so much better with their customer service. Thanks God for them. AC are very lucky to have them. Very thankful to them .
