Very good place to visit for business and/or pleasure, the reception was very friendly and pleasant, the breakfast buffet service, although a little limited, but very good. Room cleaning leaves something to be desired. But in general terms, everything is very good 👍

I'm a Marriott member and this is the worst experience I've ever had. I stayed here for one night after surgery. Since I was not feeling well, I made a reservation at the front desk the next day as well. However, the next day, when I was taking a day off, the employee kept knocking and waking me up even though I had a don’t disturb card hanging on the door. I wanted to ask the manager what the situation was, but she couldn't speak English and couldn't help me. Apparently they thought they would check out at noon without staying for consecutive nights. Even though I had already requested a 4pm check-out as part of my membership benefits, I was forced to check out even though I was not feeling well due to lack of communication between the employees. In the end, what was supposed to be a rest turned out to be the exact opposite, and I ended up staying for one night instead of just two, but there was no apology, and the front desk staff was grumpy when I checked out, and until the very end, I was really just... I was surprised.
