Super hot water for shower. There is a washing machine if needed. The wifi was horrible. With little kids, it stinks if they can't watch their YouTube to pass time at night. There is a supermarket very close to this In Coop.

The room (nicest suite) was beautiful. Sadly the rating is a reflection of the way we were treated by the host. Instead of politely explaining the customs, she was extremely rude and speaking under her breath. She was rude to my mother about mistaking a seat cover for a napkin. She interrupted my wife’s breakfast 3 times to let her know she had to pay for it instead of politely telling her once. And there was more… Expecting/assuming international guests to know the “house” rules is ridiculous. Teach us and be polite, it goes much further for making a great experience where we are all happy. We did pay a lot of money to stay there after all. So, I do not recommend staying here when there are so many other options in beautiful Venice.

The room was very warm, which was great as it was quite cool outside. We were able to open the windows to let the air in and it was pretty quiet. The room is of a decent size for two people. The bathroom was small but very warm and the towels were soft and nice. The reception is not manned most of the day and it felt great not having people around, felt like staying somewhere private rather than in a hotel. Overall, I think it was very good value for money and I am very satisfied with my stay. I don't think I would go back to stay at this place but it's good to know that reasonably priced accommodation is available in Venice! I asked for a twin room specifically at the time of the booking and we were given a double room instead. The person who was checking us in said we would be able to separate the beds (and we indeed were) and brought extra sheets, but we had to make the beds ourselves. The shower was a little small and quite shabby, but it was not a real problem. I didn't have breakfast but my friend who was staying with me did and she said it was rubbish quality.

Good location, it looked nicer in the pictures, but the rooms are worned down. Once you enter, the whole place smells like cigarettes, the bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor, you can't lock the room from the inside. Wifi connection was horrible.The hostess was rude and cheap, barely speaks English. She was barging on the door at 10 am asking to leave, when the check out is clearly stated at 10.30 am. As we were checking out, she kept on asking whether the we drank the water in the mini bar, desperately trying to earn few extra euros. Horrible stay. There are better quality-price options out there.

Very nice and cozy hotel. The rooms are as presented as on the webpage and are very clean and frequently as well as painstakingly cleaned. The neighbourhood is primarily at night very quiet. The breakfast isn't very big but for what it is its more than good and you get a more or less private service because there are only 5 different hotelrooms. The only small con is that at the check in you sometimes have to wait a few minutes (at a max of 5) until someone welcomes you.
