Do not stay here; the check-in process is horrible; the security staff in charge of the check-in is rude and never greets anyone or says hello. Just a straight face, IDs, and take a picture. They never instructed me on how to get to the room properly. The room was infested with roaches; the towels were so dirty and old, it was disgusting. The pool is under construction, I cannot believe Expedia's review rate for this place is a 4.7 when in reality is horrible!!! Do not book in this place.

I found a deal online for 1 night only. The staff was friendly and nice. Check in process involved standing in line for an uncomfortable period of time. The room is okay, actually great for what I paid. Neighbor set off the smoke alarm during the night and in the morning. Expect to be surrounded by stupid people from stupid places.

I can NOT believe you people still have the audacity to ask how was my experience with you people. First of all the room that you people advertise on the website is nowhere near what I got. Second of all the room had patches on the wall a hole in the window with a tube going out the floor had water from the rain on that day. The room stunk like mold and humidity. The front door knob was half falling. They called it THE SUPERIOR ROOM more like LIKE THE SUPERIOR DUMB. You people are ridiculous to be renting out this room with all the damages it had I am pretty sure it has code violations. Oh and I rented a room enough for eight people and they gave me enough for six people. The room had a loft bolted down that could not be accessible. I wonder why…….horrible place I walked in and walked right out. This was a nightmare vacation for myself and family. This people should NOT be having any type of rental license. They give Miami a bad name.
