I stayed here with my friend for 2 nights and 3 days. It was awesome! We were able to see the gorgeous ocean from our room. They had awesome accommodations, extremely comfortable bed and nice room. They really satisfied all our needs. We really enjoyed staying at the holiday inn hotel and I highly recommend it. It was just what we needed. The location was extremely convenient, it was next to a lot of great stores which were all walkable!

It was clean, friendly and location was decent... it was definitely a well used hotel... which was kind of comforting in a way.. the beach access was nice. Towels and umbrellas and chairs were available to guests at no extra charge..

Location of this hotel is great, very close to the beach. Parking is extra and quite costly. Breakfast buffet was good but also expensive. The rooms need to be upgraded. Our bathroom flooded on the first night and water was coming through the vents and from other places without our use. We called the front desk multiple times with no help. Finally the next day we were able to change rooms but met a lot of attitudes and rudeness from the front desk staff. Valet staff, wait staff and bar staff were very friendly and polite. Housekeeping also did a nice job. The hotel refused to offer any compensation or apologies.

The room was clean and well maintained. There is a bar and restaurant on first floor and exercise room on lower level. The pool is large enough to enjoy even when crowded. But the Atlantic shore, immediately behind the hotel, is much larger. The Miami Beach Boardwalk is also directly to the rear and provides for a pleasant stroll to the active parts of Miami Beach, including Ocean Drive. The staff was friendly and efficient. Valet service is automatically included with paid parking, and makes coming and going real easy. Overall, it's one of the best deals in the area. We stayed Friday through Tuesday, and it was the same quality on the weekend and the weekdays.
