Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. First off, the room was flooding. Apparently there was pipe that bursted and was seeping into the room. I told them about this in the morning and never got a response from then until I had to go ask again. They switched our rooms but said they would charge a damage fee because we used our shower. At check out the hotel manager Calvin was absolutely awful. Very mean to multiple guests. just waiting in line I heard him be rude to 3 other guest staying at the hotel. After admitting it was a issue with the shower pipe in the beginning, at check out they tried to tell me the whole floor was flooded and the floor below as well because my service dog had "peed" My dog is an 10 pound dog, even if he did pee which he did not how would that flood the whole floor and the floor below? Literally making false statement and ridiculous accusations. Whole experiences was awful.

Beautiful room and very attentive staff at reception and bar. Unfortunately, the service for the chairs and umbrellas at the beach is terrible. There were 3 guys and only one was nice (the only one who had basic manners, I think he was from Haiti). For the amount you're paying per night you would expect more service-oriented people. We were 3 people and a kid staying at a suite and the guy at the kiosk said he could only give us 2 towels as they were running low... really? Couldn't he go back and get more? The way he just replied was rude. We just ended going back to the pool and grabbing 2 extra towels. They also took forever when called for an umbrella. Anyways, apart from that great experience.

4 stars for service but only because of the staff in the bar off of the lobby not noticing me there until I walked out after 20 minutes (I did mention this to reception on checkout). All of the other staff were amazing and helpful. My room was spacious and had everything I would have wanted, including a Nespresso machine (for those of you who are so inclined). The toilet and shower were in one room and the sink at the entrance to those. Two light up makeup mirrors in the room. When I was heading out, several of two airline crews were checking in, so this is definitely a great place to stay. I loved being mid beach as it allowed me to walk either way. Miami Beach is a chill place to visit. I'd stay here again.

Absolutely Amazing Experience! From the moment my husband and I checked in till our last morning 4 days later… the service from all areas of the hotel was exceptional, our room was immaculate, filled with beautiful linens, stunning decor and any luxury item that you may need it was there! The staff has a way of making you feel like you’re the only guest in the hotel, every employee called us by our name, we felt like we were regular guests yet this was our first visit. It was and still is the best experience I’ve had at any hotel.
