This place is really nice. Very clean rooms, neat vibe, great location. Super cool historical building. Only reason for 4 stars is the Wi-Fi gave out constantly at night which was slightly frustrating. However, it’s still a great experience. On a separate note, the great location can be a double edged sword. It’s next to all major tourist attractions with a convenient metro stop next door, but, as in all tourist centered locations it got PACKED. Going outside could be a nightmare because you must move through thousands upon thousand of people right outside. Loud music and screaming of pedestrians was luckily not able to be heard inside but anywhere directly outside was really annoying to traverse. I would still recommend this place but keep that in mind before you book.

We arrived on the date booked by email only to be told our booking had been entered in the system for the previous month so we had no booking. I had been debited as a no show. They could only offer us a room for the first night of our 3 night stay and claimed it was an upgrade. However we had booked and paid for a deluxe room and this room was also a deluxe just more expensive because it had an extra bed in it we didn't need. We spent one night because we had arrived in the evening and I had already been charged but it is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Luckily we have managed to find ourselves somewhere else for the next two nights! Location however is great.

Good location and vibe. Castle Bell rings throughout the day, night and morning. Bring earplugs! Room temperature was chilly with low heat turned on. (Wear socks and warm pajamas for bed.) View of the castle from your room window!
