Excellent service, extremely well located especially for tours and to walk downtown. Very quiet rooms, very clean and staff very polite and helpful. I would recommend it to everyone. We had an issue with a tour at some point and the front staff desk and their manager did everything they could to have it solved in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Breakfast is also included and it was really good, buffet style. No wonder why their reviews are so high! Thank you to this wonderful staff including the cleaning ladies ❤️

Have just returned from Iceland and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! Ideal location, super friendly staff, nice breakfast and lovely rooms. Overall, Amazing value for money! We visited in celebration of my partners birthday, and they even left a birthday note and brownies in our room on arrival which was a very lovely and personal touch. There are a few free parking spaces and we were lucky enough to get a space every day which was very handy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again in the future 😊

Just perfect, I'm in a wheelchair and the staff were so helpful and nice. I don't really do reviews but this place is awesome in everyway, all the tours head out from the bus stop outside. Restaurant is a buffet style concept and the rooms/beds are pure comfort.

Amazing hotel just a stone's throw from the city centre. The staff have all been so friendly and polite too. The room was a superior double and was just perfect. Had everything we needed, a comfortable bed, a perfect shower and huge bath, very modern TV with plenty of UK TV channels. The bus stop #9 is right outside the hotel which makes it very easy to get on tours and local busses. 10/10 definitely will stay here again when we're next in Iceland

Really good position and kind service, and so much useful info about what you can visit, we very much appreciated that, thank you. Some things which were not great: the standard rooms had a sort of half door only for the toilets, so no privacy, the breakfast was the same and very limited - eggs, bacon, beans, no fresh fish. The breakfast guy sitting you was at times rude to guests. No spa but for a fee you can enjoy the spa of their sister hotel 5 min down the road.
