This is an upscale hotel with great amenities. The location is great. Walkable to everything you could need. I was concerned about parking but it was very easy to find nearby street parking. The staff are friendly and the food and drinks are excellent. My fiancé cant stop talking about the yogurt and has been trying to find something similar since. We had a great view of the parliament. Don't hesitate to book this!

Even though we stayed for only one night, we spent the best time in this hotel. The location is perfect, walking distance to most attractions in the city. It would be perfect if it had parking included since it took us very long to find a parking lot around. The spa is absolutely magical. Unfortunately the pool was out of service but we could enjoy the rest of the facilities and we had one of the best naps in the relaxation zone. Every person we encountered was really nice and made us feel comfortable. Specially the Hungarian girl from the main restaurant (I wish I could remember her name) she made us feel really special. We will definitely come back to this property.

Beautiful hotel, would highly recommend. Staff were courteous & professional, room was beautifully appointed & luxurious, breakfast was excellent and the spa facilities were fantastic quality. The location can't be beaten, absolutely central to everything in Reykjavik, very valuable when visiting in winter! We also really appreciated the late check out flexibility (fee per hour) that allowed us a stress-free travel day back to the airport.
