scammers! The most disgusting, dirty and bad hotel I have ever seen in my life! hoteliers are scammers and you will definitely not get your deposit back! We paid a deposit of NOK 1000 and they said they would refund it within 1 week. We have been calling every day for 1 month and they are not paying. They're just messing around and literally making fun of me. I told them I was going to the police but they don't even care! The employees are terrible, scammers, scammers, you can't even find staff. In short, you are being disgraced with your money. They are literally making fun of you! Also, apart from the deposit, the hotel itself is terrible, disgusting, everywhere smells of cigarettes. We kept the room as a non-smoking room. When I first entered, I vomited because of the cigarette smell. It's freezing inside, it's definitely not warm, they have a ridiculous room layout and they don't comply with the check-in and check-out times written on the internet. In short, it's a terrible place. Sleep on the street but don't go here!

Our choice of this hotel was primarily driven by its affordability and room availability. However, our experience was far from pleasant. Despite the check-in time clearly stated as 12:00 pm in the Agoda app (this might be the fault of the app or the third party sites) we were informed it's at 2:00 pm upon arrival, leading to a confusing start. When returned to the hotel to pick up our bags and check in at 4:00pm there was no one at the hotel and the room in which our bags were was locked :) Also our room, initially allocated as a twin-bed, couldn't be changed to a double-bed as per our request although when we first entered the premises, we were promised to have a double bed-room. When entering the room, we were met with an oily, unpleasant smell similar to a fast-food kitchen. Moreover, a piece of glass (a broken glass) I found in one of the beds during the night. But it is not all, there is rather unusual rule in the information sheet mandated guests to remove bed sheets and pillowcases before departure or face potential fines, which we found extremely impractical. No idea which hotel does that or even if they are allowed to do so. Last but not least 200-500 NOK is blocked on your bank account throughout your stay, it is only released after a few days or never, we heard and read stories about people couldn't get their money back. But after all it is the cheapest option available.

FRAUD ALERT! Beware of this fraudulent hostel! Before checking in, they ask you to pay a deposit of 1000 NOK and they say they will refund it to you within 1 week after you check out. I stayed there one night on the 19th of December 2023. It has been a month and they haven't sent my money back. I don't know how many times I called them and sent emails in this period. They don't do anything. They always say the same thing, "send an email to the manager". I think, they hope I will give up on my money, but I won’t. I don’t care about the 1000 NOK I paid, I care about justice. I live very close to Oslo and I can take legal action. I will sue this hostel and expose their scam. Do not even think of staying here. You can find many similar complaints on the internet.

The bad reviews speak for themselves. No idea how these guys run legally. Public Wi-Fi with 0 security. Called customer service (rude indians) and they said it was fine to work there before we checked in. How is that fine when work is strict with privacy and private connection? Every hotel NEEDS a PRIVATE CONNECTION for each room to be able to work, not an open Wi-Fi the whole world can connect to. Got bedbug bites first night, something I never had in my life. People smoking outside straight under our windows, smell came into our room. Noisy rooms outside. Stay far, far away and go to Super Stay Hotel instead which is 10seconds away.
