Excellent location and close to public transport. Right outside Christmas markets and a lot of restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate. Best breakfast I've had for a long time. Will stay here again when in Oslo.

Had an amazing stay in a superior room in the newer part of the hotel for 3 nights here! ***PROS:*** • Great location and the superior room was very comfortable • Truly fantastic staff. Everyone we met was so welcoming, especially Jorge and the other staff in the dining room • BEST hotel breakfast EVER!!! Over 100 items, including quite a few gluten-free item • Free light dinner Monday-Thursday, which was very much appreciated in an expensive city like Oslo. "Light" = different types of breads, deli meat, cheese, a few salads, and a different (very good) soup everyday • Had to extend my stay by one night due to Icelandair cancelling our flight. The hotel could have charged me a lot more but had the class to just charge me the same rate I originally paid. ***Short list of CONS:*** • Room cleaning was well below average • The step-style garbage bin in the washroom was so cheap it would fall over whenever trying to step on the pedal • Understaffed in the morning during the check-out rush

Beautiful hotel in a great area of Oslo. Easy transport links via bus and train, lovely rooms, friendly staff and great selection of breakfast and evening food! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic reasonably priced hotel in central Oslo, we were very happy! There were three of us in the room, and even with the extra bed it was still a comfortably sized room. Bathroom was excellent and a good size, and the included breakfast was absolutely delicious! Great staff, always friendly and willing to help. The only strange thing was the two sets of elevators needed to get to our room, no big problem but just a bit strange! We would definitely stay here again!
