We stayed here for one night at Spirit Air cost because after canceling our original flight they re-routed us. The wait was long for us to get booked, I believe there was only one person checking people in. We went to the restaurant that night and the food was actually really good. The fresh lemonade was my favorite. The room was comfortable and we were very close to the airport. There was a shuttle that took us back and forth.

I never wanted to stay here. My Delta flight was cancelled and this is where the put us up for the night. The safe in my room was already locked when I got there. The food they gave us was not very good. They have a spa and hot tub with saunas that were not working while we stayed here. It was a place to sleep and nothing more. It is not far from the airport. Check in takes forever.

United Airlines gave me a complimentary stay at this hotel and am glad they put me here. First class in every respect. Welcoming and friendly front desk service. Food was good and service was delivered with attention. Rooms were amazing very modern with picturest views. The grounds are very well manicured and very very clean..im surprised i never heard of this hotel chain. Would love to visit others around the world.

As someone who comes to Bogota semi-frequently, I have stayed here multiple times with no real problems, although I have noticed it has gotten worse over time and now I’m never staying here again. I’m currently here and this trip has been nothing short of a complete disappointment: 1) AC didn’t work in assigned room yesterday; maintenance man came and said he would tell the front desk we needed to switch rooms. 2) maintenance man never told front desk of the AC issue; I went down to solve it myself and waited over an hour to talk to someone (only four people in front of me) 3) was told there are no more rooms with AC, totally not true once I elevated to talk with someone else 4) for some reason, housekeeping banged on my door at 7 am this morning and tried multiple times to enter with a card swipe 5) after a long day in the city, came back and the card didn’t work; had to go back to the front desk again 6) start to lay down only to hear a jackhammer for the last 2+ hours It’s really that bad.
