Excellent location in the train station so you don’t need to go outside on cold Oslo days. If you’re lucky enough to get a view, you will see the sunset, library and opera house from your room. Excellent breakfast .

The rooms in Oslo are generally small and this hotel is no exception. The only frustrating thing about the hotel was the rooms were on the other side, yet the only entrance and exit was through the lobby. Please allow a side door entrance and exit. The breakfast was good and fresh, but I wish they put smoked salmon on their buffet.

Loved this hotel! Service was amazing; everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet and clean. Very convenient location to train station (it's literally connected!) and bus terminal. Breakfast was delicious and lots of options. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel!

Very user/visitor friendly! So thoughtfully organized that an impatient customer like me had the answer on a clearly seen signb efore I had time to even realize I needed it! Perfect location for travellers since it is practically in the same building with the train and station. Excellent quality of breakfast! We stayed for one night and left early but would probably ask for more room, the space is too small. If your travelling with babies and for more than 1-2 days make sure to ask for appropriate room in terms of size, access, and location.
