Great service. Great breakfast. Excellent location. Poor state of the furniture (sofa bed). There is no air conditioning so you have to open the window and when you do, the road noise from the street car is very very loud. There is no parking at the hotel contrary to their website. Street parking was blocked for their rubbish bags. It’s not hard to update your website. First time staying at a Scandic. Have 3 more properties to stay at, so let us see how things progress or dont with this hotel chain:)

We stayed at this hotel during a bus tour. Service was good. Our room was disgusting! The bed pad on my bed had old urine and blood stains 🤮. The pillows were also stained with no pillow cases. The bathroom door wouldn't shut unless you slammed it! The hotel was well situated in the city ( only positive).

Since this hotel is not really near the city centre, I expected it to be more quiet outside during the night. I was wrong. Breakfast is a little below average of what I have experienced in other Scandic hotels in Norway, and the breakfast area is crowded and a little small. The staff in reception and breakfast are very nice, though.
