We stayed for a month on the 7th floor in apartment 41, one bedroom 29sqm in August. It's one of their smaller apartments in this location. + Positives Great location. Walking distance to the castle, Vika, Frogner, Aker Brygge, Sentrum etc. Close to several grocery stores such as Kiwi, Rema 1000 and Coop. A more quiet area with not so much people around. Balcony is huge. New appliances in the apartment such as washing machine with dryer combo. Floor heating in the bathroom. Larger fridge and freezer for such a small apartment. Induction stove. If you need to rent a basement storage, the area is large and you can fit a lot of things. The team are very proactive in trying to meet your needs/expectations. So always felt that we were listened to. - Negatives Only provided with 4 sets of utensils. Got really hot in the apartment where temperature easily reached above +25C and as hot as +28C. The elevator broke down on the day we moved out of the building. We had to carry down 10+ bags + lots of boxes 7 floors down. But we did get help from one of the team members for an hour. I wished that we could have stayed for longer but as we are 2 adults + baby, the apartment is too small and we moved to a larger apartment to one of their other buildings.

Very nice appointment with perfect location if Oslo city center is your destination. Spacious, clean and priceworthy. Suitable for long term stays, but also for family weekends. Definitely my preferred choice for accomodation in Oslo.

Comfortable apartment, easy self check-in in the middle of the night. Safe neighbourhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.
