ATTENTION when you book your stay! I got a connecting room even if was nowhere mention on the site when I made the booking or even at reception when I checked in. As a single person I found it creepy to have a door in my room that connects to the room next to mine. When I went to reception to highlight that I do not feel comfortable, the lady from reception refused in many instances to get me another room, I kept asking for a manager on shift or to cancel my stay and on the end I got the room changed. Bathroom extremely small, the door from bathroom couldn’t be open properly and when you try to get off the shower you need to literally squeeze between sink and wall. Definitely not going to book again. On the positive side the location is great being close to old town and despite the room experience most of the staff is polite and friendly

The hotel is located in a nice area, the breakfast was very disappointing. It didn't look fresh at all. The cleaning staff didn't add a new toilet paper in our room, so we called the reception and they asked us to go ourselves and bring a new one from there. One day before we left, we asked to delay the check out in 1 hour cause we had a tour in the morning, and the lady in the reception approved it. When we came back at the hotel on our last day, the men on the reception had no idea on our late check out, and made us feel very uncomfortable.

My second stay here. This time in a higher category room and it's very nice and quiet (facing the river). The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room is aways clean. The breakfast is small, but good.
