You offered our family's and us a pleasant accommodation for our wedding stay 20-25/9 , you are all professionals and we will be really happy to come back ! We would like to thank you all for your help during our stay!!!! We highly recommend hotel Corte dei Greci , one of very few hotels in Venice that can accommodate spaciously families , in reasonable prices, clean rooms, nice breakfast with variety and very close to piazza San Marco. Fantastic service here, the staff and breakfast were outstanding. Staff, especially the lady and breakfast lady, were phenomenal. Staff were always bright, helpful, and extremely friendly. On arrival, we were welcomed into their beautiful city and she showed us all the main attractions with a map and best places to eat (local advice - it was fantastic as good food can be hard to find in Venice haha). Fanatic location right on the canals, walking distance to main attractions in Venezia which is great. We did not get a room with canal views, but terrace views instead, and it was very nice too. Amenities were great, with a fantastic buffet breakfast each morning included and tea and coffee in the room with a kettle. Room was spacious and lovely with a nice view to the balcony. Bathrooms were nice and clean, although the building and rooms are a bit old and it shows. Bed was nice, however it was a bit hard and the pillows were a bit flat too. Just beware as well of mosquitos, being next to the canal. Overall, a very pleasant stay and the staff were outstanding. Amenities were good with the tea and coffee in the rooms and buffet breakfast included daily. Next time we visit, we will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in room 105 which is nothing like the photos. Very small and basic. I booked 5 rooms for friends and would have been so embarrassed if any of my friends had this room after I praised the hotel so much after viewing the photos on websites. My wife and I was on our anniversary and was so excited to stay in this lovely quaint hotel & lovely room but was utterly disappointed and it spoiled our stay in Venice. Maybe room 105 should be sold as a budget room?? Would have rated this hotel 10/10 if not for the room.

You cannot use elevators in this hotel as they said it’s a palace that cannot be remodeled, but if you get a room in the last floor, be ready to carry bags half way up, cause only bags elevators work half way. Breakfast is not fresh… the breads that was there was so dry. What you see is not what you get Beds were the worst that I slept on … at least they have to replace the beds. Bathroom is so tiny. The shower you cannot move if you are inside. I m a tiny person still it was so hard to move.
