What do you expect from Turki to get a room which is definitely of a small size. The service is excellent as you would expect in Japan always. The location has an advantage of being very near to the railway station. Unfortunately neither the Google Maps nor the Apple map is functioning Very properly for walking. At least we had a problem to locate an interesting thing happen that you ask people they support you always up to the place that you reach properly.

I am a full time U.S. business traveler. I chose this hotel for its location for a brief one night stay before getting on the Shinkansen the next morning. I also chose it for its affordability compared to similar choices in neighborhood. Plus it's a Marriott so I could earn points. It's location is super if you want to be next to Tokyo Station. The front desk staff is warm and friendly. The room was fairly bleak. Clean but not good. I expected small. But sparse cheap furniture and spots all over carpets and walls. Would not stay again unless had no choice.

The hotel staffs are really friendly and willing to help. The room is fine not special but clean and comfortable bed. The welcome gift for elite members are surprised, very unique and with Japanese dessert which I like it. I stayed for two nights, it was very good time to stay.

Very conveniently located and in walking distance from Tokyo station. The rooms are very small but it was good enough for my overnight stay. They were clean and everything was in working order. It was disappointing that there were no international plug points or USB sockets to charge a phone. The mini fridge is more like a micro fridge but there are 2 water bottles in the fridge for free.
