This hotel is amazing. The rooms are clean & spacious. The lobby is so beautiful with multiple places for work if you need to get some work done. The employees are also nice & welcoming. I didn’t get room service, but having a starbucks downstairs is so lovely!! It’s location is perfect too, we were a 5min drive from the mall & in the middle of the city. Would recommend going!

The staff at the front desk was awesome. I love the complimentary cookies. Room was okay. Down side, no microwaves in the rooms they have them in a nook off the hall only on 2 floors and they don't serve complimentary breakfast. You have to pay for that. It's pet friendly. I'm allergic to cats and dogs. Thank God for allergy medicine.

The room was “okay”- I found a dead bug lodged in the bathroom mirror. I then found a couple of lady bugs in the room. Everyone at reception was great. The shop downstairs has very inconsistent service. One day you get a nice person with great service, the next some lazy person who kept walking off. The bar Hammer and Fire is a very fine place- the bartenders from 12/15 were amazing, despite the AWFUL drunken crowd from whatever Xmas party was being hosted. They handled themselves well. The location is not the greatest. Too far from anything good.

We booked over 30 rooms and many of the rooms had problems. I wish I could give 0 Star. Worst hotel experience in my entire life. Very loud in every room, the walls are paper thin. Doors slamming all night long. Horrible customer service. At 10pm a group of people checked into the room next to me, this is the night before the wedding we had to get up for at 6am the next morning. The guest had just got out of jail earlier that day, they were blasting music, smoking marijuana and cigarettes and partying all night long. I called the front desk at 1030 and they sent someone up to ask them to be quiet. The guests did not care and continued screaming and yelling all night long. I asked the front desk at 11pm to be moved and was told the hotel was completely booked and nothing could be done. Security came up 8 more times. Then at 3:30am the front desk sent security for the 9th time and Finally yelled at them in the stern manner and then front desk also called my room at 3:45am and asked me if I wanted to move my room!! I couldn't believe they waited till 3:45am in the morning to ask me if I wanted to move after telling me the entire hotel was booked just a few hours before. The hotel bolted shampoo and conditioner bottles to the bathroom walls and refill them after each guest. Hair from other people was stuck to the bottles. This is really disgusting - people can put anything in those bottles and no one ever changes them. When I arrived I needed a cart to bring my stuff up to the room and was told they are scattered around the hotel and I can go find one. The coffee maker was dirty. The water shower and bathroom water smells awful. Lots of dust in the rooms.
