First things first, we definitely don’t recommend staying here and don’t be fooled by the good reviews. They offer a free drink if you write a review and show it to them during their stay. Who’s going to write a honest review then? Now to more details: The hotel hasn’t aged well at all and definitely needs a big bucket of colour, some proper cleaning and some love. We booked a “Deluxe Room” that was not deluxe at all. The room was dirty and smelled like toilet. In the end we checked out after just one night instead of staying for five. We got refunded three nights which was nice of the staff to do. Also: When we came back to check in our room, we got our key-card but when we made it to the room, it wasn’t ready yet even though they said it was. No biggie but just adds up to the over all image.

My husband and I just spent the last five days here and we had a great experience. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was super convenient each morning, and rooms were clean. We also got the skin rejuvenation package at the spa and it was so relaxing! Staff was able to effortlessly set that up for us that day.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can't praise it enough! The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, making me feel right at home. The hotel's amenities and services were top-notch, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. I left with a smile on my face and a heart full of gratitude for such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

A very nice hotel, close to the centre of Chiang Mai, so most of the attractions are within walking distance. Located on a small street, area nice and quiet. Hotel staff helpful. We didn’t have any reason to interact much, but check in/check out were very smooth and helpful. Breakfast choice not too big, but enough for most of the people, with a good choice of standard hotel breakfast meals. Our room wise nice. Although some things looked a bit dated, that didn’t affect our stay at all. Our room had a little area with a kettle, a fridge and some room service snacks. We also had a bath and that was spotless. New TV, netflix included, plus some local television programmes available. We also had to leave our things at the reception because we arrived very early and check in was from 12. That was no problem at all and staff were very helpful with looking after our luggage. Even more, they prepared the room for us for 11am so we could check in slightly earlier. Overall, enjoyed our stay, it was exactly worth what we paid for it in my mind.
