One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Suitable for business or families. Excellent location with plenty of eateries around, near MRT. Rooms are modern and very aesthetically designed with thoughtful and practical touches. We booked a corner suite and a king room beside that could be together converted into a larger room, suitable for our family of 5. Breakfast was a plated Chinese or western option, and are very high quality. I would definitely come back and stay here again!

Very kind staff members. They efficiently called a taxi when we needed. Location is excellent: 5-minutes walk from Zhongshan subway station and 15-minutes walk from Taipei station. Rooms were clean with strong water pressure.

2024/1 I got invited to a bank investment seminar luncheon so I only rate comments on staff/deco/food. Staff are friendly for sure. Since it's a new place, I feel there's still some unseen particles from construction left in the air. As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I started to have nose allergy and runny nose. Fortunately it only last 20 mins and the symptoms disappeared. Food was not bad and fresh. The only thing I really dislike is the design of the elevator buttons and the parking lot. Elevator buttons are very confusing. And the design of the parking lot lane to get in-out is quite narrow and challenging for drivers. I guess they can only improve the elevator buttons for now....

Central location. Walking distance to malls, MRT station, parks. Relatively new hotel with decent sized room, with modern design and equipment. Nice room with view. Nespresso machine with 4 pods daily provided. Daily complementary bottled tea, pop, and 4 bottled water. Friendly staff at reception. Nonetheless, at this price point, the hotel is lacking many amenities and luxury touches seen at comparable hotels. No USB-C plugs at nightstand, already seen at some other hotels. Bath towels appear poor quality, and already worn. Breakfast quality and selection was surprisingly underwhelming. One of the very few hotels that could not offer late check-out during our visit, citing fully-booked. No swimming pool, or children’s playroom. Although it is slightly cheaper than neighbouring 5-star hotels, for family travelling for vacation, I would very much consider nearby Okura, Royal-Nikko, Regency for my future stay.
