Nice hotel, the room is quite comfortable although during the stay the air conditioner experienced condensation so there was water dripping. Good breakfast with a varied menu. Near to the airport

The rooms have unpleasant smell of smoke, but they are willing to help, to spray with deodorant, they have free shuttle bus to Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Sound from next door room is not well isolated, can hear some noise.

The hotel is excellent, but it needs a lot of maintenance and improvement.. the air conditioning in the gym does not work. the atmosphere inside the hotel restaurant is hot. the walls in the rooms need cleaning. the prayer room is not furnished and there is only one carpet in it and the window curtain cannot be opened inside the room. Thanks

Although the location is quite remote this hotel is perfect as transit hotel. Stayed there for one night before i got my connecting flight the next day. Single room was small but all facilities were there, bed inspite a little short for a guy of my length, 193cm, was it ok, shower and toilet and all was clean. Breakfast is ok only not quite grafted for European visitors 😄 with a lot of hot food which is for us not were we normally stand up with at 06.00 am in the morning 😄 but nevertheless also ok . Staff is friendly and the shuttle service to the Airport terminal 3 very convenient👍🏻

Disappointed of their airport pick up, we confirmed for late pick up and have communicated with hotel admin through WhatsApp, when we arrived and passed through custom, we told them we were otw to the given waiting point, we carried lot of luggages and walked long away from T3 International to the end of T3 domestic parking lot, when we reached it, the driver said he have left us. We just don't understand why they confirm pick up if couldn't do it. We have to walked back to T3 int'l to queue for grab as domestic parking lot don't have it. We just felt upset and disappointed after long flight woke up at 3am and reach Jakarta lately night. Never promised if you couldn't make it out. Room : small, AC is hot Location : around 20-30min to airport (it is outside soekarno hatta airport)
