Everything was wonderful! Car park was an easy walking distance, the hotel was the oldest building I've ever slept in. The staff were exceptional; friendly, helpful and gave great recommendations. Can't beat the location, was actually pretty quiet even though it is in the city center, it was a week day though too. It was very clean and updated but still had all the character of having very old bones. The self serve bar in the basement was also very cool, and the hidden bathroom on the main floor was a fun find.

We had 2 nights in room 15 which was first class. The location is perfect if you want to be within walking distance of all major attractions. The hotel was immaculate and the staff couldn't do enough to help us and make our stay special. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

Great hotel, lovely rooms, staff & location but such a shame they’ve stopped doing food as it was when we’ve been before utterly fantastic ! Very disappointed this trip as no restaurant as it was one of the main reasons we booked ! If anyone going there for the Christmas market then pre book other restaurants or you will not get in ! Also, parking is a problem, nearest car park is the multi storey by the bus station….we were parked there for 2 days……costing £36. Take all this into account when booking.
