Recently I had stayed in Westin hotel due to the flight cancellation. It wasn’t a great day as there no rooms available close to the airport but we decided to take a chance by going to the Westin hotel. The moment we entered into the lobby till we check out our expense was great. But specifically I would like to appreciate Gagan for being so friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable with her work. She made sure, my colleagues and I have been taken good care by not only our rooms close to each other, providing restaurants suggestions, the best food suggestions in their restaurant. She has also provided us info that we can use their shuttle service to go to the airport. So thank you Westin and the staff (housekeeping, front desk) keep doing what you guys doing to make our stay worthwhile.

Our experience at the Westin was nothing short of spectacular. Check In was smooth. The lobby is very inviting with multiple couches. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities needed. The staff go above and beyond and we greatly appreciated it. The restaurant and bar served delicious food and drinks. The ambience of the pool was calmer and more serene than most. The gym was very clean and ample equipment. Shuttle to Airport was quick and comfortable. Great stay, highly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel with my boss for our business trip. It's such a beautiful hotel. I loved the biowall. We arrived late and were tired but received a nice warm welcome with a smile and pleasant attitude by Gagandeep, despite of being tired, we had a chance to chat with her for a bit. She is a good example of how a front desk manager attitude should be. You can see she how she loves her job. This is my first experience having good conversations with the manager. (Normally, we don't see the managers at the front desk). It doesn't feel like you are just in and out. The room was excellent. Buffet food was good with many options. Overall, it was a smooth stay, and yes, I will definitely recommend Westin Calgary Airport Hotel and consider staying with my family in the future.

The service in this hotel is the best we’ve received in years. Gaga aka Lady Gaga (Gagandeep really) was so generous, kind, compassionate and wonderful to deal with and she was so lovely with our 7 month old and 3 year old. We, like others leaving reviews here, found this hotel when our connection in Calgary was canceled by WestJet due to snowstorms. The hotel is newer from 2019 and the rooms are really comfortable and beds are amazing. The restaurant serves a fairly diverse menu and food is really good! There is a pool and well-equipped fitness centre. We had an excellent stay and this Westin was a fabulous landing pad to help us get over our jet lag and rest while luxuriating in incredible service. Thank you Gaga!

I had the best service I have had in years from this Hotel. My coworker and I had our flights cancelled due to severe cold weather and came to Westin Hotel in panic because all rooms were booked in other hotels. I lined up for not more than 5 mins and Gagan gave us complimentary water bottles that we can drink while we wait in line. When it was our turn, she was also super helpful, accommodating, and gave us information that may help us with our situation regarding our flight cancellation (e.g. information about shuttles, extended checkout time, etc.) All in all, Gagan provided us with great service and that made our experience with the hotel miles better than it already was. Gagan if you see this, you're the best!
