Be careful!! It is too close to the cathedral for comfort!! No sleep because the bells ring in your ear very early and bottles and bin lorries daily from 5am!! Hotel is dated resembling a dark nightclub inside not sympathetic to the architecture of the building. Beds are small. Twin rooms don’t exist! You sleep on 2 small single mattress on double base. No storage. Breakfast very basic. The rooftop bar and pool area is nice but needs a refurbishment. Have stayed in other 5 star hotels in Seville this was the worst! Good luck

We got several rooms for a couple of nights. Unfortunately, even when we informed the hotel in advance about needing a room with good access for an elderly person, the lady at the front gave us a room with bathtub (impossible to climb for an elder person). She said we could have a room with shower if we paid €60-100 per night! Wow, almost a third of the price to get a shower. We had no choice but to take it. Then, the extreme noise: the Giralda’s bell sounds every hour (1am, 2am, etc). The windows are terrible and not insulated, so the first night we couldn’t sleep. We had to change rooms and got one in the back which was better. The feedback to the hotel: don’t punish your customers by giving them rooms you know are the loudest. It’s better to have returning happy customers.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the location is excellent and the staff are friendly, I encountered persistent noise issues. Despite speaking to the staff and moving to a different room, the noise problem persisted, affecting the overall quality of my stay. If noise sensitivity is a concern, I recommend exploring other accommodation options. But given this is meant to be a 5* hotel this should not even be a concern. The hotel appears torn between maximizing room rates and the rooftop bar income. The current struggle compromises the guest experience. And based on my experience it appears they are prioritising the bar over the hotel customers.

Terrible experience - this hotel is extremely noisy you will have the nightclub upstairs playing music all day and late night long very loud and you can hear every single noise from stairs and elevators. This place is very misleading it does not deserve at all their stars. The room is so tiny and it smells in the room and the building because there is no air as it is in a old building. There are tons of other hotels with great location. We spent 3 nights spending almost 600 pounds absolute rip off. We did complain various times about the noises…

Total Scam. Such a terrible and bad experience for a very unreasonable price! Hotel only faces the very noisy and busy streets of the city center. Personell is well aware of this and has given up of defending the case. Hotel itself has seen best years and is long overdue a renovation and upgrade. By far one of the worst if not the worst experience for a long time … be careful when tempted to book!
