We had the perfect 3 nights at this 5 star boutique hotel. The rooms where lovely, clean and modern. The staff were wonderful from the minute we arrived at the hotel, so welcoming and friendly. Outdoor pool was beautiful and so quiet. International Breakfast had large menu to choose from and cooked fresh to order. We loved the waffles. The hotel is right next to the night markets which is well worth the visit, we visited in every night. The hotel was in the perfect location and right beside the river, lovely setting for evening meals if you dined there. We had Thai massages in the hotel also, they were a lot more expensive than the town prices but well worth it, the staff were lovely to deal with the we are sorry we didn't get another massage before we left. Highly recommended.

The staff could not be more kind or generous. However, I feel the need to take away a star because this hotel is, in our opinion, not a five star hotel. Aside from the fact that we were not notified of the construction (we were excited to try the restaurant that was closed), there is no gym, no real spa (we got nice massages but they took place in a random hotel room at the hotel), only instant coffee and tea in the rooms, and the bathrooms are small and dark. We simply felt let down and confused when what we saw on the website and some other reviews didn't play out in real life. We did enjoy the nice complementary breakfast.

We had a lovely stay at Na Nirand for our honeymoon! They were so kind and helpful upon arriving and we were greeting with gifts of fresh fruit, wine, cake, decorations, a spa discount, and complimentary afternoon tea coupon. They came to our room every night with a cookie. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed relaxing by it. The bathtub and open shower in our room were also wonderful. We enjoyed the large breakfast buffet (especially the sticky rice), our afternoon tea, and a meal at the restaurant. I did not find the construction to be super loud or disruptive. I would love to return here!!

Cannot ever recommend with the construction going on, despite really nice staff and good breakfast. Constant noise reminding you that booking this place is a mistake when you wake up, eat at the restaurant, at the pool and then grabbing a cocktail at happy hour. So romantic! No gym onsite and ‘30% discount’ at spa charging 1.2k thb for Thai massage. Small rooms too. This is a fancy 3 star hotel at best, better to stay elsewhere

My wife and I spent our honeymoon in Thailand and this resort was the highlight of our vacation: very attentive and friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, and a level of excellence with meticulous care everywhere. The concierge helped is with booking tours and making reservations at Thai-speaking restaurants. If you’re staying at this resort, I highly recommend using their services and connections to book private tours - it’s very affordable and they only utilize people that are professional and knowledgable.
