We stayed at this charming hotel with a big tour group. It is a big beautiful hotel. We had a buffet breakfast that has a big variety of food choices which was fresh and delicious. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is helpful and attentive. The hotel is located on the side of the city, and there is nothing to do for the travelers around the hotel in the walking distance, but the taxi or Uber is not expensive. We paid about $8 - 9 euro to get to the center of the city with restaurants and shops. Overall it's a nice hotel.

Outside of match days, this is a well-priced hotel with excellent rooms and helpful staff. Parking is free on-street though secure (paid) parking is available in the hotel's garage, though we had no trouble with the former. Whilst obviously out of the city, it is walkable, with buses available too. A taxi into the centre is around €10 and, even using these regularly, we still paid far less overall for a larger, better appointed room (junior suite, with separate living area, cloakroom, bath and shower) in the heart of the city. Having stayed many times in the city centre, I would choose the Silken Al-Andalus Palace again without hesitation.

Stayed here for about a week. Not a great hotel, but not a bad hotel. It’s ok. Food was decent - some things better than others. Room cleaning was excellent - the only standout thing about the hotel. The hotel staff need to be more forthwith with communication. For example, we couldn’t stream from our personal devices because their SMART TVs were not functioning properly. Don’t know this until we asked. DO NOT USE THEIR LAUNDRY SERVICE! Tres expensive! To be frank, not a hotel to avoid necessarily but there are better hotels closer to the core area. It’s just a ho hum hotel!

Lovely hotel - stayed here for two nights on a longer trip. Big, airy, and modern. The rooms and comfortable, well equipped and clean. Pool is large with plenty of seating and a short walk to the bar. Choice of buffet and gastro bar. The breakfast buffet was excellent, as was the one in the evening - so much choice and really good quality food. The gastro bar was great for drinks and ice cream in the day! Only minor drawback is it’s quite far to walk into town, but we knew that when booking. Can’t fault the place, will stay here next time we come to Seville.

Excellent service and comfortable rooms! We arrived at 10am because our transfer from Marbella was early and even though check-in was at 2pm, they managed to check us into a room despite being 4 hours early. The receptionists were friendly throughout our stay. We had a minor problem with the toilet seat being broken when we arrived back at the hotel in the night (10pm) but they fixed it very quickly. The service at the Reverso Gastobar was also very good and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good and they even had a small gluten-free section as well as lactose-free milks and a nutrition corner where they made 2 fresh smoothies. The location isn’t that far from the city (28 minute bus) or plaza de España (11 minute bus). The hotel is right next to the Real Betis stadium. The only slight negative was that the rooms were a bit outdated, but were comfortable. The entrance of the hotel was huge and looked amazing. Very good stay overall, highly recommend!
