This hotel needs major work, the minute You walk in you can sense the smell Of sewer, in the lobby, hallway and rooms. We spent four nights and only the first night did the elevators worked. The personnel is attentive and kind but the property needs some major updates. Would not recommend you staying here.

Amazing stay, staff was accommodating and rooms very spacious and very clean. Special thanks to Fernando and Borja who made sure our stay was special. We came to run Seville half marathon and could not have been better, also gave us late check out to be able to have shower after the race. We will certainly be back! Million thanks!

Great location and would definitely stay here again. The rooms are perfect for a city trip. Good to know that Dogs are NOT allowed in the hotel. The hotel also is not connected to the Spa where you need to pay 40 Euro extra. They don't really give extra or recognize the Gold Membership Status. But a late checkout was available for free. Breakfast is 20.50. Staff speaks English. The view was good. Also enjoyed the ambiance in the lounge area also.

Nice looking room but, was expecting more from brand and value paid. On check-in I was given a not ready room, I had to make trip back to front desk, receptionist didn’t apologize. No kettle/coffee/tea in room. No free water available in my room, in mini bar a carton of water costs €3.5 Room door handle was loose. No safe box. Upon check out I wasn’t asked if I enjoyed my stay. Lobby restaurant prices are very high compared to nearby restaurants, a plate of meatless pasta €12, very small portion + not even with side bread.
