Vishal is an excellent front desk agent. He explained the hotel thoroughly and was very pleasant. The mini kitchen in the rooms is a key feature. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The pool and hot the area is also new and a nice addition to the hotel. This is my first stay at any Best Western property in over 15 years, and there will certainly be another one. Big thumbs up!

The comfiest bed I have ever slept in! You just melt into your bed. The duvet and pillows were incredible. I would highly recommend staying here. It was the best deal in Calgary for the nicest rooms. The manager was great to deal with. The only complaint would be that they charge $30 for an early check in even when the room is ready to go. I have stayed at much more expensive hotels downtown that do not charge this fee. Other than that I was super happy with my stay and I would return for the clean and super comfortable rooms.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to in Canada.It is very Luxuriously beautiful! The environment is so tidy and beautiful as well. The service here is amazingly good with a very patient and ready to help staff. The room was really spacious with enough cabinets at the kitchen as well as enough drawers for your clothes and personal items. There’s a desk for working on too. The 36" H x 55" W anti fog bathroom LED mirror was lovely 🥰. The Staff at the restaurant kept it very tidy at all times.they were was very helpful and very friendly. I enjoyed every part of the breakfast and dinner, There’s always one thing I look forward to in a room and that is the lights. The lamps in the rooms and oh the chandelier at the lobby was my second favorite thing to stare at when I go to the front desk. It sure is beautiful! Book a room and you won’t regret it!

Stayed here on boxing day. Everything is great about this place except the hot water situation and room temperature control. I read about in other reviews. No, the hot water does not get hotter if you run it longer. Maybe if you ran it for an hour, but that is not reasonable. Also, the room was quite hot. The AC wouldn't turn on. There is a thermostat in the room that has no power to it? Even the controls on the AC unit wouldn't allow AC mode. Fan was insufficient also. Very frustrating. I felt like a kid with child locks on everything. Had to open the window which was limited to opening 2 inches. Is this place trying to be so "Eco friendly" that you cant even be comfortable? Nobody wants sleep uncomfortable and then wake up to a cold shower. Will likely choose another place. I would've went and discussed it with the front desk but this would have likely been an issue that would've taken time and have been told to run the shower longer as read in previous reviews. I'll call this one a loss. The lady server in the restaurant is wonderful. Very friendly. Yours truly - guy who enjoys cool room temps and hot showers.
