Conveniently located, kind staff (they answered our questions and accommodated us with an extra chair for our room), great kitchen set up in room, and well designed bedroom. Great simple breakfast 6:30-9:30am! My colleague and I both mentioned that we would stay again for future Orlando stays. Room smelled rather like whatever had been cooked there before us, but not unpleasant, and I got used to it each time after a few minutes in the room. I think that's a natural side effect of having a well equipped kitchen, so no problem there.

I have been here for about 3 months now and I am very pleased with my stay. The property is mostly quiet compared to other places I've visited. Front desk has never given me any issues, and they've always been more than open to communication and helping resolve any issues I may have had. The GM is a dream. She's very attentive and hands on. You wouldn't be able to tell she's a manager due to how hands on and involved with her work and her staff she really is. I've been here this long for a reason, and it's accommodated my family and Myself very well. Everyone's experience is different, but I have no complaints at all

I had booked a room for 10 days in October, but after arriving I immediately found out my room reeked of smoke, and the room in general felt dirty. I therefore decided to only stay for one night, and then head to another hotel. The front desk assured me that they would refund me the money for the remaining days, but here over two weeks later, still no money. I've contacted them by e-mail three times, only the first time they responded, by saying the money if coming, but now they've gone silent. I cannot recommend staying at this place, or any of their locations.

My kids and I been here for four weeks and I’ve made the mistake of leaving and was not able to extend until around 2 p.m in the afternoon. The first time I intended to stay another day which I had that money but was told that they had to take a deposit so I went and got that extra $100 to pay but I was scolded like a child by Lana and was told that the next time it happens, my things will be taken out the room. The second time it happened, no fault of mine, my cousin was killed and I left and went all the way to Debary so I came back late infront of staff and guests I was talked down to and was judged by Lana about my things in the room, all my stuff could fill an apartment. Being the Christian I am, I took the blame, and I said I understood her position. Even though I was told that it was $11 for a hour of stay if I asked for time to leave, I was charged over $200 for another night of stay. I don’t make the rules so I will stand by whatever is said, what I hate though, is being talked down to as if I’m a child, my stay here is not free and I hate it when I’m discussed and staff keep looking at me like I’m a refugee. I’m not in the habit of disrespecting anyone and I would love the same courtesy. Aside from the rude brown lady, I can honestly say that the hotel is quiet, no one bothers you and I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to Ms Sandra and soft spoken Ms Gloria and the slender very jovial lady in the glasses (forgive me I forgot your name) it’s always a pleasure.
