The rooms are old, but they are very clean. The staff was friendly. Our TV didn't work (we didn't ask for help with it), we requested extra coffee, and they had none, which was inconvenient. The beds were a little firm for our preference. Overall, though, it was a great place to stay thanks to the price and its location close to Universal Studios, where we spent most of our time.

I will never stay here again. There were roaches and bugs in our one room. Got switched to another and was a little better. Door lock wasn't working right. Thought the tub was elevated a little higher than normal. I only continued to stay because reservations said non-refundable. The lady was nice but the night guy was not so nice when I mentioned the roaches in the one room. I made sure I got my $100 deposit back.

You get what you paid, lobby staffs were nice, they allowed to early checkin and refill water bottle as needed. Room was as expected, a bit smell, almost cleaned, the appliances were mostly out of date but still working, we were ok and prepared when booking this, bringing own stuffs like towel, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer,helped make it better-stayed for five days, not faced major problems just few tiny insects. Walkable distance to grocery and restaurants even the outlet. Good place just to rest(unexpectedly comfy bed) after spending time at Universal and Disney’s.

Hotel managers are very friendly and nice. Unfortunately this is the only positive about this facility. Hotel itself is very old and extremely worn out. Inside is very dirty and mold inside leaves extremely bad smell of the clothes and everything you will bring and keep inside. Lamps inside are rusted to the core. Chair and bench arr peeled off and disgusting to use. Shower very dirty. Maintenance staff doesn’t even speak English. It was so disappointing experience. I could write a lot about it, but hopefully pictures will better describe how bad it was. Just stay away from this hotel until it will be fully overhauled. It needs it immediately

If I could give less than a one star review I would, but of course I cannot or I would be unable to leave any review at all. We booked a room for October 5, 2023 and needless to say we would've been better off sleeping in the car. What their website fails to mention is this, most of the occupants at this hotel are actually living there, on 28 day cycles. The carpets are blackened down flat with filth, you cannot access the elevator from the lobby, without the staff going around and opening it up for you. A big redflag to safety. The floors inside the rooms were not swept or cleaned, trash not emptied, filth on the walls, peeling paint and the locks/security handles for the doors were falling off the walls. The one front desk staff could not be bothered with our concerns, being on her phone was much more important, could not even be bothered to look up from said phone, then lied about the room being cleaned, until she was called out on all the nastiness we found. We were finally given another room, which wasn't much better, it did lack the broken dog kennel panel like the first room had laying on the floor. The pictures on the website are a lie, not even close to representing the real hotel. We barely slept, and checked out at 6:15, only to find a man sleeping on the sidewalk outside the front door. He must have realized that the concrete outside was cleaner than those rooms were inside. DO NOT FALL FOR THE PRETTY PICTURES ONLINE. It was unbelievably gross and shocking for a hotel right off of International Drive. My boyfriend stayed there several times over the years and it was always clean, neat and safe.... but no longer. It needs to be gutted and just start all over from scratch.
