Expensive but for good reason! Text communication with the front desk and some really nice amenities were provided. Plenty of staff and always smiling. I had a few issues but every single one was resolved to my satisfaction. Service wise it couldn’t have been better, I was really impressed!

What a great experience. The bed was immensely comfortable, the shower was delightful, the service impeccable. Catalina the night manager and David the bartender made our experience exceptional with their outstanding service. We may come back to Columbia just to come back here!

Simply amazing and beautiful 2 night stay and worthy of the Four Seasons branding! I honestly can't say this about some of the other properties I've visited! The other Four Seasons I've stayed and visited are Las Vegas, New Orleans, Kyoto, Punta Mita, and Langkawi. Went here for my first time in Bogota and also to celebrate my birthday! Love the attention to detail in terms of service and luxury. From the warm greetings of the bellman to the recommendations for dining from the front desk to the warm smiles at breakfast! Even the staff who lit up my fireplace at night or who brought us tea when they found out I was sick from motion sickness. The birthday cake to my room was a very nice touch. I also love the way you are able to communicate all your needs via Four Seasons app or whatsapp. The outdoor patio next to restaurant was beautiful and great place to smoke a cigar with a drink. I've stayed at a number of " luxury" hotels around the world and I would have to say this is in my top 3 stays! Great location, beautiful luxurious hotel, and excellent service! Thank you Four Seasons Casa Medina! I will return!

The staff were amazing here. Every single person whether reception, security, bar and restaurant etc all greeted us with a warm and welcome smile. Staff were really attentive but in a genuine way. Breakfast was incredible and such a huge variety of choice and so healthy! The pillows on the bed are beyond comfortable and we loved the fire in our room. The food in the restaurant we cannot fault. Overall one of the best places I have stayed. Thank you guys for making our time there so memorable. Hope to see you again
