Worst experience ever. Booked a suite for a conference in Boston more than a month ahead of time… called to ask a question about check-in and luggage storage a week before traveling, only to find out they cancelled the reservation without notice. I reiterated that I needed the studio, and again provided credit card details to billing agent. The following week, we flew into Boston as planned - only to find out they had AGAIN cancelled the reservation. Called our bank which confirmed they had transferred payment the week prior. Global customer service (is there such a thing?) stated it was our bank’s problem. Spent the afternoon sitting on the wharf with all our luggage for several hours searching for a room for the conference.

Terrible! Never booked them for stay! Apartment is dirty very dirty! Shades didnt worked and you have information to even not touch them because they are broke! Mattress is garbage, when one person move get wake up other! Loud and worst ! Also they wanted access to apartment for two hours for maintence while i was staying( morning hours!) the worst experience ever! And they want pictures your debit or credit card to send them?! This is very unsafety procedure while you do it online - ridiculous!!!! The best thing there and nicest persons are security guys!!! Lovely people! They are the best! Hotel is big no!

This is a horrible hotel. The customer service was terrible they cancelled our reservation with no notice trying to say it was because the card kept declining even though I told them it did not decline and my card was charged. I told them I could send them a copy of the charge posted to my account but they kept insisting it was my banks fault and I needed to contact them. I told them I would also send them the confirmation email that I got from them with information about what to do when we arrived and the guy said oh I don’t know why that would have been sent. Not knowing this we flew into Boston to find that we had no reservation but they had our money. Called the bank who confirmed that the money had been sent to the hotel so I had to open a dispute with the bank to get my money back and look for another hotel sitting on a bench at the warf with all our luggage. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Please beware. I don’t ever write comments good or bad but this was above terrible and I don’t wish anyone else have this happen.
