Not enough value for money. The wake up call was a crying baby in the next room (noisy room). Furthermore the shower has very low water pressure (you need to run in the shower to get wet :)). The Hotel was fully booked and all the restaurants were fully booked even if you try to reserve at 14:00 hours so we had to eat in our room. On the other hand the staff were very friendly.

The worst vacation ever If I could give zero stars I would . This hotel is the unfriendly staff need to learn customer service and need to stop fake advertising and ripping people off . I had a bad vibe the minute I walked into the room. The rooms were a very dull depressing color and dated They looked like they were in need of MAJOR RENOVATION. Despite the upgrade Euro 495 the third bed was a children's bed (160cm long) and there were three of us. toilet like inexistant ,you jump from the bed directly to the bathroom Shuttle is the worst part . You need to walk at least 10 min with all ski 🎿 equipments to the shuttle . No value Overpriced If you see Kempinski and think you’re coming to a 5-star, think again. This is not like any Kempinski I’ve stayed at before . The pictures that advertise this hotel are misrepresenting and false advertisement.

All perfect, Riccardo, Domagoj and Rachele from the front desk were amazing. Will definitely come back. Spacious rooms with stunning views and the breakfast was unbelievable.

Positives: 1. Excellent staff with Kempinski service mantra. 2. Lovely SPA with outdoor heated pool and all manner of treatments available. 3. Decent breakfast and Italian Restaurant was a pleasant meal if not outrageously priced. 4. Hotel looks attractive from the outside. Negatives: 1. Location is a little out of town (30CHF for a 5 min taxi into town) but is close to a good ski lift. 2. "Refurbished room" up sell is definitely not worth it, rooms are small with a poor quality of furniture versus the more classic rooms. Staff dealt very well with my comments on this matter at the time. 3. Interior is a little underwhelming when you compare to the Badrut which is similarly priced. Dining room is large but has random plates on the wall/needs an interior designer. 4. OK it's 5* and it's St Moritz but 12 CHF for a bottle of water and 35 CHF for a desert. In line with the local market but "ouch" nonetheless. Next time I'd stay at the Badrut Palace but wouldn't dissuade others from staying here if it was cheaper.
