Grand old hotel well maintained with wonderful views of the bay. Friendly service at every level. Excellent roof top restaurant and bar. The only complaint is that my mother in law had to cancel due to a family emergency back in the states. The hotel was unwilling to refund her payment for 3 nights. So don’t make a reservation here unless 100% sure you will not have anything preventing your visit.

We’ve stayed here four times and never considered anywhere else in Naples. Well run with a high quality staff that provides excellent service. The breakfast buffet is excellent, I could stay all day. The only reason I didn’t give a fifth star is the fitness center which should be better given the quality of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Staff is very attentive. Loved the rooftop bar for evening cocktails and breakfast in the morning. The beds were super comfortable and the black out curtains helped us sleep wonderfully through the night.
