Located in the most favourite tourist place of Istanbul, this hotel makes sure you get top-notch service without creating a hole in your pocket. We stayed for 7 nights and got no chance to complain at any instance. Our breakfast was included, so we tried making the best use of it. Once again, everything served was fresh and simple, perfect for anyone to start a day. Loved our stay here and would love to come back!

Our one week stay here in Istanbul was an absolute delight. Friendly staff, quality service and healthy breakfast - everything was consistent throughout the time. The location is perfect. Will surely return for their hospitality. Teşekkürler Grand Naki Hotel for making our trip comfortable 😊

I ate in the restaurant of the hotel and sat outside to enjoy the views of people passing by. The street is typical of Istanbul in the fact that the pavements aren't finished and there is rubbish all over the place. The staff were polite and friendly and the price of their beer and wine was very reasonable. I had the local Efes beer which was ice cold and refreshing. The food arrived and was piping hot. I had a pizza which was OK. A gratuitous basket of bread was supplied which was fresh and tasty.

Excellent and very helpful staff. Unfortunately I have to be honest aboutb the rooms: our first room was of reasonable size, but the mattress was worn and collapsed and we had to request a change of mattress as it was painful to sleep on this. The general maintenance of the rooms are not to standard as the shower is mouldy and the overhead shower head sprayed everywhere but on you! We were allocated a change of room rather than replace the mattress - this turned out to be rather a downgrade than an improvement, unfortunately. The bed was better, but the room extremely small - and the maintenance to the shower no better than the first (this shower very small and difficult to fit in!) Location is great, but unfortunately located at a major distribution point for goods to the shops in the area. This makes it noisy and very busy with small transport bikes and trollies. Breakfast was great - as a matter of fact everything else was great. Location fantastic for visiting all the famous attractions. Sorry for the not so goid review, but I have to be honest to give fair assistance to anyone that wishes to make bookings in this area. I have to stress again that the staff can be commended for service and assistance.
