I've been staying here for 7 days total. Super helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are nice, clean and the prices are more than reasonable.

Nothing good here. I booked a deluxe double with bathroom in a 4 star hotel with a bar, lounge, fitness room and sun deck. there are no deluxe doubles. The hotel has no baths. There is no bar, no lounge, no fitness room and no sundeck. In fact we did not even have a window in our room. I say room when I clearly mean ‘cell’. When challenged they told me ‘We have none of that, it’s called marketing’. No that is called fraud. This is clearly a 2 star hotel. If you add in the scooters being ridden through the foyer and the air conditioning not working one night, almost zero soundproofing plus the shower taking about 5 minutes to warm up you end up with probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. If you stay at this hotel after reading this then sorry but on your head be it.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed at, it is so well designed but still feels warm and like home. Very central, walking distance to everything we needed but is tucked back on a quieter street so there isn't lots of street noise and you can sleep easy at night! The bed is so comfortable, we had an excellent sleep. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly throughout our whole stay. If I come back to Ha Noi again I will stay here again for sure!
