Nice rooms, bed was comfortable but unfortunately the pillows sucked. Super soft. The staff was great even opened the breakfast room after 10 am cause we were late. The continental breakfast was good. Lots of variety.

I’ll start with the staff who were so friendly and supportive, and made my stay great. The cleanliness of the hotel was noticeable. Everything was neat and well-maintained. There’s a convenient (mini-market) that has minimum basics for grabbing a snack and water on the go. Room was spacious, well-equipped with the essentials, like a fridge, iron, and a spotlessly clean bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable! One of the highlights of my stay was the cool pool and the gym. These amenities added an extra comfortability to my experience. Moreover, the hotel offers plenty of free parking, which is a big plus. The open buffet breakfast was good, not super but basic. Additionally, the hotel's location is extremely convenient. It's just a 2-minute walk from Victoria Inn, a popular venue for exhibitions. This made my stay even more convenient as I was attending an event there. And a 5 min drive to the airport!

The staff at this Hampton location were great and very helpful! The breakfast is amazing and the hot breakfast menu was changed daily. I loved getting my coffee with French Vanilla creamer in the lobby whenever I wanted it! The hotel is very well maintained and is clean. Our friend kept praising how soft and fluffy his pillows were, that he would fall asleep as soon as his head hit the pillows! We choose to stay at the Hamptons when we travel as they are always consistent!

Pretty disappointed overall with the stay, to start the tub didn’t have a plug and we were all cold snd wanting to warm up,then there was lukewarm water at best coming in the tub/shower.no hot at all could get it with the hot tape in full blast. I went to go in the hot tub which was closed down and never mentioned to us when booking our stay. I would expect to be told when booking a stay if one of the amenities is out of service. Who wants to swim , have no hot tub to warm up in and no hot water in their room when it’s winter…
