My family of 6 stayed overnight for our annual christmas hotel vacation. The rooms were very clean and check in was very easy. The kids loved the pool and water slide, great for both teens and toddlers. The free breakfast was the best out of our past 6 Winnipeg hotel stays, waffles, sausage, muffins bagels, pretty much anything you could want for breakfast. Great place to stay for families.

When we enter the hotel, we are greeted by very friendly staff. The rooms are warm, clean, very tasty breakfasts, well-kept pool and jacuzzi. Only positive impressions from staying at Residence Inn by Marriott.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms are huge and very clean. Anything we needed, was delivered to our room right away. The breakfast was great and not too busy. We enjoyed walking to the local restaurants and stores.

Be careful at these hotels! Drug paraphernalia and bags with a white substance have been found in the rooms. I like to take my family to this hotel for birthdays and small getaways but when I came across the drugs in my room where my kids could have come into contact with it made me second guess my decision. Also when asking for compensation you are ignored or sent on a path that leads no where. The front desk manager Nicaella Deleon will not return your calls or respond to your emails. And the front desk staff will just send you to her to voice your concerns! Poor poor professionalism.
