Not very clean. Front desk terrible. I booked on Hampton Inn's website. I booked a mobility accessible room. They put us in a regular room. Not 1 handrail in the bathroom. No shower seat. A couch with a broken arm and very worn. Should have been in the trash. Front desk argued with me on the room phone. She kept insisting the room was mobility accessible. I told her to come down and look at it. Well she had to admit she was wrong about the room. Someone from housekeeping came and told her what accessible rooms were ready. Finally got moved to the room type I paid for. New room was better as far as accessibility. Furniture all very old and worn including the bed. Worst hotel I've ever gone to. I've never had anyone at the front desk as unprofessional as this one was. Breakfast was the only thing that was good. The room wasn't worth half of what I paid for. I've stayed at many Hampton Inns and this one was very disappointing.

Due to traveling with a large dog, I was grateful that the receptionist assigned us to a room on the ground floor. What I found unique was the room did not have an actual clothes closet, but instead an area behind the curtain to hang clothes. Also, I was thankful that the bathroom had a nightlight. As an individual who sixty-four years old, I do have to get up at night to use the bathroom; so, seeing light gave me direction without having to turn on the light on the nightstand. The breakfast was very good; ie, both in selection and taste.

Stay away from this hotel. Their room is full of bugs and give any importance if you complain. I found bugs coming out from my underpants after my complaint and requesting them of bug spray my room. They did not do any bug spray TO ENSURE WE ARE BUG FREE. One notable mention, tgey didn’t even gave us clean towels when I asked them to them in the morning 7AM but did took care right away when we came back 5PM Last but not the least, the front desk and front desk manager is of no help

Rooms were spotless, lobby was well kept, breakfast was kept up well and fresh. The customer service was amazing though!!!! Called on my way in realizing it was Rosh Hashana (Jewish New Year) and you’re supposed to eat apples and honey when dusk hits & Josie went so above and beyond!!! She had a bag waiting for me when we got in at 7 to make sure I didn’t miss it and really was such a wonderful touch. Roslyn, Tara and Anna were all friendly, professional & warm too. But what Josie did, she deserves recognition!! THAT is customer service
